  • Four hits from Joe Rathmanner paved the way to victory for Big Lake Yellow Jackets over Ramsey Renegades 12-2 on Sunday.  Rathmanner singled in the third, singled in the fifth, singled in the sixth, and singled in the seventh.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the sixth inning. The offensive onslaught came from singles by Rathmanner, Tony Rathmanner, and Patrick Doperalski, a sacrifice fly by Dustin Wilcox, and a home run by Chance Halligan.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets got on the board in the first inning.  Rathmanner grounded out, scoring one run.
  • Ramsey Renegades evened things up at one in the bottom of the second inning when Jordy Ildvald drew a walk, scoring one run.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets pulled away for good with one run in the third inning. In the third Rathmanner singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets notched seven runs in the sixth inning.  Big Lake Yellow Jackets offense in the inning was led by Wilcox, Rathmanner, Halligan, Rathmanner, and Doperalski, who all drove in runs.
  • Kyle Knaeble got the win for Big Lake Yellow Jackets. He went five innings, allowing one run on four hits and striking out two.  Matthew Chuba threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
  • Casey Carlson took the loss for Ramsey Renegades. He allowed 15 hits and ten runs over six innings, striking out three.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets socked one home run on the day. Halligan went for the long ball in the sixth inning.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets racked up 19 hits.  Rathmanner, Sam Dokkebakken, Aaron Kloeppner, Rathmanner, Doperalski, and Halligan each collected multiple hits for Big Lake Yellow Jackets.  Rathmanner went 4-for-5 at the plate to lead Big Lake Yellow Jackets in hits.  Rathmannerled Big Lake Yellow Jackets with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases. Big Lake Yellow Jackets didn't commit a single error in the field. Halligan had the most chances in the field with eight.
  • Ramsey Renegades totaled seven hits in the game. Payton Brown and Brian Dietz all managed multiple hits for Ramsey Renegades.  Brown led Ramsey Renegades with three hits in four at bats. Ramsey Renegades didn't commit a single error in the field. Zack Loven had seven chances in the field, the most on the team.
