  • Dustin Wilcox collected four hits in six at bats, as Big Lake Yellow Jackets defeated St. Michael Saints 10-4 on Tuesday.  Wilcox singled in the first, singled in the second, singled in the fifth, and doubled in the ninth.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets earned the victory despite allowing St. Michael Saints to score three runs in the seventh inning. The offensive onslaught by St. Michael Saints was led by Max Ditty, Jake Kluver, and Alex Naasz, who all drove in runs.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets fired up the offense in the first inning, when Chance Halligan singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets put up four runs in the second inning.  Tanner Teige, Aaron Kloeppner, Wilcox, and Brandon Holthaus each had RBIs in the big inning.
  • Wilcox earned the victory on the mound for Big Lake Yellow Jackets. He went six innings, allowing three runs on two hits and striking out one.  Teige and Halliganentered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
  • Mitch Bauer took the loss for St. Michael Saints. He allowed 18 hits and seven runs over five innings, striking out five and walking zero.
  • Big Lake Yellow Jackets racked up 22 hits on the day. Halligan, Wilcox, Joe Rathmanner, Holthaus, Teige, and Kloeppner each collected multiple hits for Big Lake Yellow Jackets.  Wilcox and Halligan each managed four hits to lead Big Lake Yellow Jackets.
